INSPECTION FEES

Inspection fees can vary greatly between companies. When checking fees, it is important to understand that an inspection fee reflects the quality of the inspection. In fact, it is our experience that there is a far greater difference between the actual inspections than there are in fees.
Why does Virtue Inspections command a higher price than many inspection companies in our area?

Here are a few reasons.

1. We are dedicated to serving you. Our effort, honesty and unbiased inspections have earned us a reputation as a strong advocate for our clients.
2. Al Virtue is our only inspector. He will welcome you to attend the entire inspection and explain all his findings to you personally.
3. Only a very few inspection companies throughout the entire state of California can match our experience, knowledge and credentials.
4. We dare to go where others refuse. We walk most roofs, including concrete tile roofs. We enter attics and under house crawl spaces as far as we can physically go.
5. We test irrigation systems adjacent to the house. Most inspectors don't.

We document our findings in a clear and authoritative way. Our reports include photographs and illustrations. We do not use check boxes or hand written notes. Our reports take longer to prepare, adding at least an hour of our office time. We feel the extra time is worth it to you.
