Buying a home is often a confusing and emotional process with important decisions to make at every turn. We, at Virtue Inspections & Consulting, Inc., understand that you and your family are making one of your most important financial and personal decisions. It is essential that you know as much as possible about your new home and we are here to help you.
WHAT IS COVERED IN AN INSPECTION?

Our inspections follow or surpass the guidelines set by the California Real Estate Inspection Association. You will receive the facts concerning the physical condition of the property, as well as the location and description of materials and building techniques used at the home.
Inspections typically last 2½ to 3½ hours. We take the time at the inspection to respond to your questions and concerns. You will not only receive information at every phase of the inspection, but you will have a real feel for the home.
